For Culture Night 2021, VISUAL invites you to a night of incredible art and music.

Outside, enjoy African Drumming on the front steps of VISUAL as you marvel at Sky Fold.

Afro-Eire are Ireland’s best loved African drumming group, featuring drummers from around the globe. Playing rhythms from the Mandingue region of West Africa on the djembe and dunun drums, traditionally played for harvests, marriages and ceremonies. The groups energetic performances have seen them perform across Ireland at some of the countries top festivals and leading venues.

Sky Fold by architects Emmett Scanlon, Jeffrey Bolhuis and Laurence Lord (AP+E), brings the inside out and playfully dissolves parts of VISUAL’s exterior with mirrored surfaces, connecting with the natural world.
