€500 raised for UNICEF Gaza Emergency Appeal
€500 raised from the film screening of No Other Land at VISUAL Carlow has been donated to UNICEF Gaza Emergency Appeal.
The proceeds totalling €500 from the film screening of No Other Land at VISUAL Carlow have been donated to UNICEF Gaza Emergency Appeal.
The 2024 documentary film directed by Basel Adra, Hamdan Ballal, Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor was screened at VISUAL on Thursday 19 June 2025. No Other Land shows the destruction of the occupied West Bank's Masafer Yatta by Israeli soldiers and the alliance which develops between the Palestinian activist Basel and Israeli journalist Yuval.
We wish to thank those who supported the film screening of No Other Land at VISUAL Carlow. This donation will contribute to providing life-saving food, water and medical supplies to children and families whose need is desperate.
