VISUAL is fully Compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Online data is shared between VISUAL and Ticketsolve only and only for the process of booking tickets and creating transactions online. Where patrons have opted to provide their details for mailings, data will be shared with MailChimp (email) and SendMode (SMS service).

Ticketsolve acts as a data processor on behalf of VISUAL (data controller).

Ticketsolve and VISUAL have implemented appropriate technological measures to protect against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure.
