Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets from VISUAL Carlow, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions of sale.
- Latecomer admission is not guaranteed although offered where possible.
- Please allow at least 10 minutes before the performance to take your seat.
- Food and cold drinks are permitted in the auditorium in provided re-useable plastic glasses bottles. No food and drinks are permitted in the galleries.
- All tickets issued are e-tickets and will be sent to your chosen email address.
- For fire and health & safety regulations, all patrons must have an allocated seat. Standing is not permitted anywhere in the auditorium at any time. Babies and children under 18 months may sit on a parent or guardian’s lap and are admitted free of charge, but they must still be issued with a designated lap seat.
- VISUAL is a vatable venue.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the building. A designated smoking area is situated to the left of the main entrance.
- Please note that some seats in rows B and C are restricted viewing for certain performances. Please check with Box Office on these shows.
- Photography or video recording are strictly prohibited during all performances and events.
- Customers enter the venue at their own risk and assume responsibility for their property.
- Children under the age of 16 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
- Management reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Certain events may be filmed or photographed by authorised professionals. Patrons will always be notified in advance of this happening and any patrons wishing not to participate will be facilitated.
