Our online booking service is open 24 hours a day. You can choose your own seat online and there are no additional charges to ticket price for online bookings.

At VISUAL Box Office...

You can call in person to the Box Office during our opening hours.

Group Bookings & Wheelchair Users

Wheelchair users or persons with limited mobility must contact Box Office to book tickets. See our accessibility section for more information include link.

Groups of 8 or more must contact Box Office to book tickets.

Payment Options and Booking Fees

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase except when an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Where booking fees apply, the ticket price is inclusive of a €2 booking/admin fee payable by the customer to VISUAL.

Reservations without payment will release one week after reserving or one day in advance of the event, whichever comes first.

Where VISUAL is selling the ticket as an agent for a promoter, this will be stated on the ticket.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets from VISUAL Carlow, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions of sale.

• Latecomer admission is not guaranteed although offered where possible.
• Please allow at least 10 minutes before the performance to take your seat.
• Food and cold drinks are permitted in the auditorium in provided re-useable plastic glasses bottles. No food and drinks are permitted in the galleries.
• All tickets issued are e-tickets and will be sent to your chosen email address.
• For fire and health & safety regulations, all patrons are required to have a seat. Standing is not permitted in any part of the auditorium at any time.
  
• VISUAL is a vatable venue.
  
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the building. A designated smoking area is situated to the left of the main entrance.
• Please note that some seats in rows B and C are restricted viewing for certain performances. Please check with Box Office on these shows.
• Photography or video recording are strictly prohibited during all performances and events.
• Customers enter the venue at their own risk and assume responsibility for their property.
• Children under the age of 16 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
• Management reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• Certain events may be filmed or photographed by authorised professionals. Patrons will always be notified in advance of this happening and any patrons wishing not to participate will be facilitated.
