VISUAL is pleased to present a day of events in response to our Autumn / Winter 2023 exhibition season, on Saturday 25 November, 12 - 4:30pm.

Sonia Shiel presents a technical performance activating her exhibition Medusa in Pieces, followed by a discussion with Kate Strain of Kunstverein Aughrim, and the presentation of a short film by Jenny Brady.

A lunch by Jennie Moran of Luncheonette will be served in the galleries, the menu inspired by the themes and works in the exhibitions.

Caroline Achaintre will lead a tour and discussion of her exhibition Her Hare with curator Benjamin Stafford, reflecting on the process of making new work in ceramic and textiles.

Maeve Brennan will screen 2022 film work An Excavation, followed by a Q + A between Brennan and researcher and lecturer Dr Maeve Connolly.
