Newly composed songs 'as Gaeilge' shortlisted for this Pan Celtic National Song Contest will go head-to-head for the honour of representing Ireland at the International Song Contest. The composer will receive a cash prize of €1,000. The winning song will compete with the national entries from the other celtic nations of Wales, Scotland, Brittany, Cornwall and the Isle of Man at the Pan Celtic International Festival 2023 which will be held in Carlow in April.
