In the tranquil surroundings of VISUAL’s Link Gallery, you’ll move through a soothing Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the body, settle the mind and connect with the changing energy of the season.

This special Samhain Vinyasa Flow offers a grounding and revitalising practice, creating space to pause, reflect and realign as the season shifts. Inspired by Samhain’s marking of the turning of the year, the session invites you to reconnect mind, body and breath with the natural rhythms of the season.

All are welcome, from first-time yogis to experienced practitioners. Please bring your own mat.
