Join a warm and accepting space to land with your baby and connect with your breath and body. This class offers gentle, embodied movement designed to support your postpartum recovery while deepening the bond between you and your baby. With soothing meditation, gentle massage and stretches for your baby, stretches for Mammy and space for connection. You'll be held in community with other mothers—no pressure, just presence. All are welcome, tears and giggles included. You should feel free to get up, walk around, change a nappy, take a break.
Tea and coffee included in your ticket price but bring along your own sweet treats.
Bio for Laura Locab
Embodied Support for Women | Earth and Aura
Laura is a passionate and intuitive yoga teacher with over 585 hours of accredited training, including specialised certification in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is also an Ayurvedic postpartum doula in training, offering a holistic and deeply nurturing approach to supporting women through pregnancy and beyond.
Rooted in the Ashtanga tradition and enriched by her Indian and Irish heritage, Laura brings softness, creativity, and soulful presence to her teaching. Her classes are nervous system-informed and grounded in rest, ritual, and embodied support —empowering women to move through pregnancy with confidence, connection, and ease.
