Art Mams invites new mothers to connect, reflect and create through a relaxed weekly art programme. Make artwork with, and inspired by, your baby and your experience of motherhood in a welcoming, supportive and pressure-free space.

Keep your baby close - on your lap, in a carrier or in a buggy - while you draw, paint and sketch. Feel free to move, feed, change a nappy, pause and chat as needed. This warm, welcoming environment creates space to slow down and explore your experience of motherhood creatively together.

No art experience is needed and all materials are provided. Sessions are suitable for babies who are not yet on the move. Stay after for tea, coffee and chats in VISUAL's bar.

Following Acts of Creation: On Art and Motherhood and inspired by artist mothers, we’re delighted to continue Art Mams and Mother and Baby Yoga as part of our weekly Learning Programme.
