In the tranquil glow of the Main Gallery at VISUAL, you’ll flow through a soothing Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the body, calm the mind and honour the shifting energy of the season.

This special Samhain Vinyasa Flow will guide you through a grounding and revitalising practice, helping you centre your energy as the season of change unfolds. Just as Samhain marks the turning of the year, this session offers a moment to pause, reflect and realign - connecting mind, body and breath with the natural rhythm of the season.

All are welcome, from first-time yogis to experienced practitioners. Please bring your own mat.
