Vacancy: Part Time Administrative Assistant
VISUAL is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Artistic Director and Finance and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the administration of the organisation’s payroll, hr, payments, invoicing, and contract systems
• Assist in ongoing grant application processes and returns relating to successful grant applications.
• Support the CEO in the administration of partnership and network activities.
• Assist in the compilation of ongoing reports and data analytics.
Other duties and obligations include:
• Adhering to stated staff policies and procedures, as set down in the staff handbook
• Participating in training and development programmes/courses to maintain and improve performance and to assist in identifying self-training and support needs
• Participating and working within a performance management development system process
• Any other reasonable duties or projects that may be required in the role, as assigned by the CEO and Finance and Operations Manager
Candidates must have previous administrative experience, possess excellent communication/ interpersonal, organisational and IT skills. This is a busy and varied role requiring self-motivation, attention to detail, discretion, and excellent organisational skills. An interest in the arts is preferable.
Contract: Fixed Term 1 year, Part Time Contract, 16 hours per week
