Sign up for three drawing sessions, each one a different drawing exploration in response to this season's exhibitions. Some drawing materials will be available, but attendees are encouraged to bring a variety of media and mediums including various papers, ink and brushes, colour pastels, pencils.

These drawing sessions are geared towards those who would like to experiment, try new approaches to their drawing practice, or just focus on time drawing in the galleries in VISUAL.

Saturday 2nd December, 11:30am - 1pm

The final in the series of drawing sessions is inspired by the exhibitions of Caroline Achaintre and Sonia Sheil. Participants will have free rein to experiment in the study of the face as a masked persona. Materials will be provided. Each of these drawing sessions takes its point of inspiration from this season's exhibition programme at VISUAL. Experimentation is encouraged during these focused bursts of drawing and mark-making. Some experience of drawing is desirable but not essential. Participants are welcome to bring any drawing materials they wish to test drive and explore.
