This tour specifically addresses the Leaving Certificate Gallery Appreciation Question.

Students will be guided through our Main Gallery exhibition, Dominique White’s sculptural installation Cinders of the Wreck, exploring processes, curation and conceptual frameworks. The tour will help to answer three main questions that are important to the Gallery Appreciation Question exploring: What was created? How was it created? Why was it created?

The Learning Team can answer student questions and go in-depth into areas of contemporary art that you wish to explore. Students will also receive our Leaving Certificate Art resources, including the video below.

Tours are 90 minutes, with guided responses to the Gallery Appreciation Question and cost €50.
